We have taken into account your opinions and remarks in order to improve your experience of staying at the gîte Le Troglodyte. From now on, a folding bed is available to comfortably accommodate a third person, without additional charge.

Take advantage of this new feature to discover our unique gîte and the magnificent Périgord Noir region as a couple, with family or friends.

For a getaway for two or three, the Logis de Chalons offers you this pleasant and comfortable cottage, equipped with terraces with panoramic views. The Troglodyte is adjoining the Perle Noire.

Le Troglodyte: An atypical troglodyte lodge in the heart of the Périgord Noir

Located in Domme, one of the most beautiful villages in France, the gîte Le Troglodyte offers you an unusual and authentic stay experience. This 45m² house will allow you to escape in complete peace, far from the daily hustle and bustle.

The exterior courtyard is shared by both gîtes and provides access to the carport, offering secure parking for two vehicles.

The interior

Furnished and equipped with great comfort, the Troglodyte gîte has on the ground floor a living room with a surface area of 25m² composed of a lounge area, a dining area and an equipped kitchen.

Upstairs, you will find a spacious, very comfortable bedroom with a surface area of 12.50m² and a shower room/WC of 7.50m² built into the rock.

Two terraces, one with direct access from the bedroom, is equipped with a large spa.

It offers an extraordinary view overlooking the valley.

A carport shared by both lodgings allows you to park your vehicle under cover.
